Origin story of business name: I was looking for a word that means sister and sounds nice to remind myself that it is because of the constant support of my sister that I can do this. Her name is Mana. So Hermana means sister in Spanish and also has Mana in it.
Social impact practices your company is most proud of?: When I have my first employee I am planning to pay them at least living wage. But right now it is only me.
Environmental impact practices your company is most proud of?: I try to choose all the ingredients and inventory the way that doesn't harm our planet earth. When it comes to packaging I make sure I get a little material as possible. Also try my best to produce garbage as little as possible.
