What's an achievement outside your work that you're particularly proud of?: I am very proud of my resiliency. I love endurance challenges. I ran two full marathons.
What's one interesting fact about yourself that not many people know?: I immigrated from my home birth country to Canada at the age of 35, ran my first marathon at 36, started Hermana Chocolate at 40 and had my only child at 43. I am a late bloomer and against ageism.
Does your business make any social or environmental impacts that are personally important or significant to you? Why?: My goal and plan is to support women to gain more power in the business world and financially more successful.
