Origin story of business name: As we brainstormed brand names, we kept in mind our core values. With our focus on training and educating agents, as well as our personal approach, we went towards a name that embodies a sense of community. Hence, we proudly present "Town" as our name, showing our likeness to a close-knit town. In our organization, agents know, collaborate, and respect one another. We maintain a size that fosters a strong sense of community and identity, ensuring that our core values remain at the forefront without being forgotten.
Social impact practices your company is most proud of?: TOWN supports Kids Up Front by donating tickets to them regularly. Our agents also volunteer countless hours to their organizations of choice.
Environmental impact practices your company is most proud of?: Town buys credits via Carbon Zero. Carbonzero works with organizations to help measure and mitigate their GHG emissions. Currently, TOWN supports the Thermal Residential Heating Aggregation Project in Canada.
